Just use an eye dropper and count the drops.
Store the main bottle in the freezer. Store your small bottle with the eye dropper in the refrigerator refilling as necessary.

Yes it is safe. All you are doing is enriching the oxygen all ready present in your system. Do not use if you are the recipient of an organ because inhancing the immune system could cause problems.
